Homeowners can look at the activity of their rental properties on the Internet by using our password protected site that brings up a color code calendar showing rented - confirmed - unconfirmed - owner block. A vacation rental properties pre-list is also mailed each month for their records.

The good old Bahamian hospitality by no means is an indication we're not taking care of business. Our properties reservationists' have access to the Internet so they can send and receive e-mails without delay. As well as making reservations, they are trained to assist any guest on-line as they are viewing some of our rental properties. Reservationists market our home-away from home rental properties to phone-in clients using a state-of-the-art foolproof rotation system.



All rental properties are professionally cleaned by contracted cleaning companies, and then inspected by members of our housekeeping staff to insure guest rental properties meets their expectations upon arrival. A full-time maintenance staff has become as important to the owners of rental properties as it is to us; guests receive immediate response to a call whether it is a tripped breaker or a leaking faucet and there isn't a charge every time. A 24-hour emergency service is provided 365 days a year. We are never more than a phone call away.

A new vacation rental properties promotional brochure will be printed each year featuring all of our homeowners' properties. This is one of our big highlights. Nothing will replace it, not even the Internet. We mail hundreds every year and include the brochure as a promotional tool of Ms. Bahamas during her worldwide travels representing the Bahamas!
